Analysis of fluorescence signals for the study of different cellular parameters.
The CytoFLEX (figure 57) has two lasers (blue 488 nm and violet 405 nm) activated for four colors. It is equipped with photodiode detectors and has a wide dynamic range allowing to solve the problems of weakly and strongly positive populations in the same sample. It uses lateral violet scattering to detect nanoparticles. The acquisition software is CytExpert available for free on beckman.fr.
